Pricing and payment

The prices stated by us at the time we receive your order are the prices you pay except where we discover an error in the price of the service you have ordered. In this event, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order and offer you the choice of reconfirming your order at the revised price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Cancelling an order

Delivery

We deliver all our services and products via email and post, there will be no charge for any delivery service.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of refund request, only if the service was not signed off correctly.
